For help obtaining a prescription from the Post Pharmacy, please contact Information to speak with a nurse. To save time, bring a debit or credit card (for insurance and transportation costs) and a current prescription or health insurance card.

Some routine laboratory tests can be performed at the Infirmary for free or at a reduced rate. Other tests can be collected at the Infirmary and sent to a local laboratory for testing. It will be the responsibility of the student to pay for the tests sent to the laboratory.

A student can choose to pay their student account at a reduced rate, but the insurance cannot be paid by Information. The flu vaccine is offered free to cadets each year. The information hosts a flu clinic every year from mid to late October.

Cadets are strongly encouraged to get the flu shot. Emails will be sent to trainees prior to the clinic. If a cadet has had a recent surgical procedure, the beds are available to stay infected. Recently renovated, the Infirmary has modern hospital beds for the comfort of the cadets before returning to barracks.

A nurse is available 24 hours a day and can help the trainee with post-surgical needs and medication management. If necessary, a doctor or nurse can make a referral to a number of specialists in the field.
